Rules: 6 person team – must have even number of female/males in the pit at all times.

Losing team provides refs for the next game.

Must be 14 years old to play. Participants under 18 require parent/guardian approval and onsite with them.

“Participant” have voluntarily requested and consented to participate in the “Deer Creek Days” to be held on June 28, 29 & 30,, 2024 in or near Glenrock, Wyoming, subject to relocation and rescheduling, for which this consent and release with sportsmanship is provided. The undersigned knows and understands that participation in strenuous recreational related activities and events planned for the “Deer Creek Days” (Co-Ed Mud Volleyball) have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards.

In consideration of permission granted to Participant to participate in the event, the undersigned herby assumes all of said risks, dangers and hazards, and agree to hold and same harmless and sponsors and event manager, and any other participation individuals, organizations, entities, and their agents and employees (“Sponsors”) from all actions, causes of action, damages, claims or demands which I (we) and/or the Participant, and our heirs, personal representatives, or assigns may have against the Sponsors for all personal injuries and claims of any kind or nature, foreseen or unforeseen and know or unknown which Participant has or many incur by participation in the Event.

I further grant full permission to the Sponsor to use photographs, video-tapes, motion pictures, recordings, or record of the undersigned and/or Participant from this event for any purposes.

Sportsmanship Pledge: Participant agrees that he/she is responsible for his/her own conduct and that of his/her teammates. Participant vows to present his/herself and represent his/her team in a sportsman like manner, failing in which is understood that both the Participant and his/her team may be ejected from the Event.

Participants who are minors: Minors will be accepted as a Participant only if the minor and the minor’s parent or guardian approves and signs this form. The undersigned have read this release and understand all its terms and have executed it voluntarily and with full knowledge of it significance.
