
2025 Deer Creek Days Art Show
Show Entry Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in this year’s Deer Creek Days Art Show. Our primary focus is promoting art, not only in our local community, but also surrounding areas. We strive to assist artists in promoting and improving their work, and are lucky to have a variety of artists. We’re here to celebrate and showcase your work with this fun show. We wish you luck!
LOCATION: Glenrock Library
WELCOME TOAST & RECPETION: June 28, 2025 @ 1:00 pm
ENTRY FEE: Free for youth and children division, $5 per entry for adult divisions.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for adult divisions and categories.
Amounts are determined by sponsorship amounts and entry fees, and may not be known until pickup. - Three People’s Choice award of a rosette ribbons will be presented this year.
- Youth and children will receive item prizes, to be determined by sponsorship amounts and number of
entries. - Entries may be dropped off during library hours starting June 18th and ending June 23rd. Late entries will not be judged.
- There is a limit of 5 entries per person.

To determine your Division, Please Use the Following Division Guidelines:
- Professional / Advanced: Those who derive income from their art, produce their art primarily for selling,
or have a diploma, certificate, degree, or three or more years in school or training, or those who teach art. - Amateur: Those who have had little to no schooling in their art forms.
- Youth: Those eleven years old or older on or before June 1, 2025, but have not reached their 17th birthday by June 1, 2025.
- Children: Those who have not reached their 11th birthday by June 1, 2025.
Submission Rules, Guidelines & Additional Information
- Professional and Advanced will be judged together.
- All entries should be submitted ready to display: mounted, framed, etc.
- ALL entries must be able to be displayable on easels, tabletops, or wall hangers .
- If your piece is especially awkward or heavy, please call the library and talk with Jennifer or Erin at
307-436-2573, so we have a place ready. - All entries must be your own original work, no kits or guided work.
- All entries must have been completed within the last 3 years.
- No watermarks or signatures can be visible on your piece.
- Sizes: 2D pieces should be a maximum of 3ft x 3ft. 3D entries should be a maximum of 3ft x 3ft x 6ft
tall. If you have an oversized piece you would like to enter, please call Jennifer or Erin at the number
listed above. - People’s Choice voting will close at 12:00pm on Saturday, June 28
- Category ribbons will be placed by Saturday, June 28
- Public viewing will be during Glenrock Library’s regular business hours, from Tuesday June 24 until
Saturday June 28 at 2:00pm. - Pick up date & times: Saturday, June 28 at 2:00pm. No early pickups are allowed. If you are unable to
